Our Services

Web and mobile application development.

Software that fits how you actually work. Off-the-shelf makes you change your process to suit it; custom does the opposite. We build the applications, portals and integrations that run a business, then hand them over in full.

How we build

From planning to deployment.

Open
Planning

We work out what the application has to do, who uses it and what it connects to, before anyone estimates the build. Most failed projects were mis-scoped: the build was fine, the brief was wrong.

Step 2
Design

Architecture, data model and interface designed together. The database decisions made in week one are the ones you live with for years.

Live
Development

Built on a staging URL from the first week, so you watch it take shape rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.

- legacy controller
+ service layer
+ tests
  audit → stabilize → plan
Testing

Tested against real conditions and real data volumes, at the record counts you actually run.

staging  →  live
  12 changes

  deployed
Deployment

Released to your infrastructure or ours, with the rollback path decided before the release rather than during it.

→ handed to a person
Handover and support

Source, database, credentials and documentation, handed over in full. We keep supporting it if you want us to, and it keeps running if you do not.

Questions

Straight answers.

How long does a build take?

A focused internal tool is usually six to twelve weeks. A platform replacing several systems runs three to six months. We scope before we quote, so the number you get is based on what it has to do rather than on a guess.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, and anyone quoting before they understand yours is guessing. Discovery is a short paid engagement that produces a fixed number, and you can take that number elsewhere if you want to.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Source code, database, credentials and documentation are handed over in full. No license, no lock-in, and nothing switches off if we part ways.

We already have an application. Can you take it over?

Often yes. We audit it first so we are not inheriting a problem silently, then tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper.

Can you work alongside our own developers?

Yes. We can lead, fill a gap, or review. Your team keeps the context either way, which matters more than who writes the code.

What happens after launch?

Whatever you want. We support it under coreAssist, hand it to your team with the documentation to run it, or both while your team gets up to speed.

Five systems into one

A quote in a spreadsheet. Hours that land after the invoice.

Nothing here was bought badly. It accumulated. Every system was the right call on its own, and the gaps between them are where the margin goes. We replace the gaps.

We build it. You own it.

The handover is the whole point.

Full source code, the database, the credentials and the documentation, handed over at the end. No license, no lock-in, and nothing switches off if we part ways.

Tell us the goal.

We will map the shortest path to it, and give you a real number in two business days.

A real number in two business days, from an engineer. No sales deck, and no call just to book another call.
