The problem
A global health body has requirements before it has preferences. Security, accessibility and multilingual delivery are not features to be scoped, they are the conditions the platform has to meet before anything else is discussed.
What we built
Built on Joomla, which ships accessibility support and a real access control model in core rather than through extensions, multilingual from the start. We manage the platform day to day: the core, the template and every extension on it stay current, and the people who answer know how the build is put together.
